At Reachsy, we strive to provide our customers with the highest level of service and satisfaction. However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund or cancellation is required. Please review our policy below for more details:
1. Cancellation Policy
- Subscription Cancellations: You can cancel your Reachsy subscription at any time. To cancel, please contact our support team or navigate to your account settings to manage your subscription.
- Monthly Subscriptions: If you cancel your monthly subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to Reachsy services until the end of that period.
- Annual Subscriptions: Annual subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current annual term. You will not be refunded for any unused portion of the subscription.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds for Monthly Subscriptions: We do not offer refunds for monthly subscriptions. Once a monthly billing period has started, no refunds will be issued for that period.
- Refunds for Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel within the first 14 days of your annual subscription, you are eligible for a full refund. After the 14-day period, no refunds will be provided for the remainder of the annual subscription.
3. Exceptions
- Service Downtime: If there is significant service downtime on our end that disrupts your ability to use the platform for a prolonged period, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund based on the duration of the downtime. Please contact our support team for more information.
- Billing Errors: In case of any billing errors, we will work with you to rectify the situation and, if necessary, issue a refund for the overcharged amount.
4. Refund Process
- To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at contact@reachsy.io. Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
